AMHERST, N.Y. – Danielle Eadie has been appointed clinical director of counseling services at ˿Ƶ College.

In her new role, she will oversee and manage the college’s counseling services as well as work to further the vision and development of clinical services offered through ˿Ƶ’s CHIP Center (Counseling, Health, Insurance, and Prevention).  

“We are excited to welcome Danielle to this important role, which is integral to supporting the well-being of our students,” said Dr. Greg Nayor, vice president for strategic initiatives. “Her strong experience as a mental health professional, commitment, and vision will be vital in this position and in collaborating with our entire wellness team to provide greater access and services to all ˿Ƶ students.”

Most recently, Eadie served as bereavement manager at Hospice Buffalo, where she previously worked as a medical social worker. As a private clinician, she focuses on life transitions, anxiety and depression, stress management, grief and loss, and post-traumatic growth. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the University at Buffalo School of Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.  

A licensed clinical social worker, she earned a master of social work from UB and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Canisius College.

Eadie resides in Tonawanda.
