The John S. Frederick Creative Leadership Fund honors the contributions and legacy of Dr. John S. Frederick as founder of the Executive Leadership and Change program, now Leadership and Innovation, at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. The program prepares graduates with leadership skills and competencies to navigate ambiguity and lead the rapid change that’s inherent in organizational settings. Effective leadership requires lifelong learning and this fund will be utilized to foster community amongst alumni to convene, to continue to grow in their leadership practice in service to their respective stakeholders and communities.
The fund will support special programs, recognition initiatives and celebrations, guest speakers, and other pursuits that align with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Leadership and Innovation program at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ.
