Stephanie attended Canisius College in Buffalo and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in clinical/counseling psychology, school psychology, and classical studies. She then continued her education at the University at Buffalo obtaining her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling. She earned her licensure as a mental health counselor in NYS and has completed training through the Trauma Institute and Child Trauma Institute. Prior to ˿Ƶ, Stephanie worked at an outpatient mental health clinic. Stephanie has since had the pleasure of offering counseling services to students at ˿Ƶ in her current capacity as Assistant Director of Counseling Services and Clinical Coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, kayaking, and spending time with her cat and dog.

Karen Williams comes to ˿Ƶ from one of the largest community mental health agencies in WNY where she has served in various clinical capacities and expanded roles for the past 8 years, most recently as an Advanced Practice Clinician. Karen has extensive clinical experience and experience working with a wide variety of diverse populations in various settings. Karen holds degrees from Canisius College in Psychology and Sociology and a Master’s degree from the University at Buffalo in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). She also has additional advanced practice clinical certifications.

Deloris attended ˿Ƶ (formerly Rosary Hill College) and graduated with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. She received her Masters Degree from the University at Buffalo. Deloris began her career with the Erie County Department of Probation as a probation officer in the Juvenile Diversion Unit of Family Court. Because of a layoff, Deloris moved to the Erie County Department of Senior Services. This position was the career move that led her to eventually obtain a position with the federal government, Department of Veterans Affairs. Deloris worked as a clinical social worker in several areas while at the VA: geriatrics, in/outpatient clinic, the palliative care and end of life ward, as well as the hospital home-based program as an outreach social worker doing home visits. Deloris also was employed at ˿Ƶ as the Director of the Higher Education Opportunity Program. Her love of working with students eventually landed her a position as an adjunct professor in the Social Work Department at ˿Ƶ. Deloris has recently retired from the VA Hospital and devotes some of her time teaching and counseling at ˿Ƶ. Her favorite saying as far as the time she spends at ˿Ƶ is “when you love what you do, it loves you back.” Deloris and her husband, Adam, reside in Amherst, NY. They have two daughters, Crystal and Brianne, one son, Sean, and two grandchildren, Chase and Camille.

Brooke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her bachelor’s degree in art history at Buffalo State College, then continued her education through graduate school at Medaille College where she completed her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her career she has had the opportunity to work with different populations in a variety of different settings such as outpatient treatment, private practice, high schools, college campuses, and by teletherapy. She has been trained in many different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, art as therapy, and many more depending on what best meets her patients’ needs. Brooke is a Buffalo native and is passionate about helping the students that make up the “City of Good Neighbors”. Go Bills!
