Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ requires all registered student organizations, campus departments, and external groups to submit a space request form to determine space availability and review the nature of the event. Completion of a space request form does not guarantee use of the space requested.
Please fill out the following form so that Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Conference Services or the Student Activities Office may review your request. A representative from the department will be in touch with you once we have received the form. Please note processing requests may take 2-3 business days. If a request is received less than 3 business days from the date of the meeting/event, the space may not be available. Thanks for your interest in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ!
Note: Reservations that plan to have refreshments must submit these at least two (2) weeks in advance. Reservations requesting bar service must be submitted within one (1) month of the planned event.
Students who are looking for a individual quiet study rooms should check out the RIC Study Rooms, which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations do not need to be submitted for RIC Study Rooms through this form.
